ALUTECH F50

The rack-and-crossbar facade of ALUTECH F50 includes racks and crossbars with a visible width of 50 mm. This gives maximum light transmission, visual lightness of the facade structure and an elegant appearance. The structures can be painted in any color according to the RAL scale, anodized or textured with wood lamination. A set of thermal inserts and seals allows you to install filling (double-glazed windows, thermal insulation panels) with a thickness of 4 to 62 mm.

ALUTECH F50 uses a fold seal made of foamed material with high thermal insulation parameters, a set of sealing gaskets based on ethylene propylene rubbers (EPDM). Thanks to this, high thermal insulation performance is achieved.

ALUTECH F50 allows the use of crossbar profiles as vertical load-bearing elements (“crossbar-crossbar”), which reduces the metal consumption, and hence the cost of the finished structure.

Thanks to the breadcrumb profile, it is possible to connect structures with each other and with mounting nodes, as well as using it to implement spatial structures of complex geometric shape.

Creation of surfaces with a fracture — vertically inclined racks;
Rotation of the racks in the plane of the stained glass window;
Creating tilt-and-turn surfaces;
The abutment of the inclined structure to the base of the building;
Creating the top of a polyhedral pyramid.
Many manufacturers lack a sufficient number of components that play not only a decorative, but also a functional role necessary for the correct functioning of facade structures.

ALUTECH F50 includes the necessary set of parts that:
Decorate the area of the connection of the crossbars and racks and the places of the interface of the two racks vertically;
Provide the necessary air circulation and moisture removal from the area of the double-glazed window fold;
Divert water and other atmospheric precipitation from the outer surface of the double-glazed window in inclined structures;
Simplify the connection of racks and crossbars.
